For several weeks, rumors reported for Samsung out a range called “Galaxy Ax” with a more qualitative design, approaching that of the Galaxy Alpha . This has been confirmed on Friday by an official press release announcing the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 , two smartphones for young people.
Their strength is primarily their “refined and trendy” design, with a wide variety of colors and frame “unibody” (in one piece) designed all metal, leaving aside the often criticized plastic normally used to manufacture smartphones of the brand. In addition, Samsung put forward their finesse with only 6.7 mm for Galaxy A5 6.9 mm to Galaxy A3 and the creation of selfies with the front camera 5 megapixels.
With regard to the technical specifications, it takes on a quad-core processor clocked at 1 2 GHz, the reference is not yet known. To this is added to the Galaxy A5 screen Super AMOLED 5 inch HD resolution, 2GB of RAM, a main 13 megapixel camera and a battery of 2300 mAh for the dimensions of 139.3 x 69.7 x 6.7 mm and a weight of 123 grams. Galaxy A3 in turn is equipped with a screen Super AMOLED 4.5-inch qHD (540×960 pixels), 1GB of RAM, a camera of 8 megapixel camera and a battery of 1900 mAh with dimensions of 130.1 x 65.5 x 6.9 mm and a weight of 110.3 grams. As in the other case, the modem is compatible 4G Class 4, that is to say up to 150 Mb / s.
For the moment, the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 are provided only in a handful of countries, including China, in the month of November. However, some rumors suggest a release in Europe with a respective price turn around 300 and 400 euros.
