Samsung Galaxy formalizes its Camera 2, the first camera ... - Frandroid

Just upstream of CES, Samsung unveiled a new entrant in the world of photography connected, the Galaxy Camera 2. More than a year after the first game of its kind, the system has made a small qualitative side to the device, at least level design. An air NX300 later, the Galaxy Camera comes to bring Android 4.3 to photography.

few months after the Galaxy NX his first camera with interchangeable lenses Android, Samsung Galaxy comes with Camera 2 in the world of compact cameras. If we cast a glance in the rearview mirror, we remémorera a Galaxy Camera “1″ announced in August 2012, and sailed a 4.8 inch HD, an Exynos 4412 quad processor, 1GB of RAM A CMOS Camera 16.3 megapixels, 21x optical zoom and connectivity at least 3G or 4G versions for certain sensor, all under Android 4.1.

return this year, the Galaxy Camera 2 does not go directly to KitKat, but will step on Jelly Bean 4.3. Samsung was not absolutely precise on the subject, but said to have opted for a quad-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz and coupled with 2GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage with 50GB of Dropbox cloud offered during 2 years, and a 4.8 inch HD (no further details) Super Clear LCD Touch technology. This course is part of the picture that interests us here, even if the Galaxy Camera has the advantage of being the first camera Jelly Bean 4.3: there are a BSI CMOS sensor 1/2.3 “16.3 megapixel , 21x optical zoom, wide-angle 23 mm and an aperture of F2.8-5.9, plus a light sensitivity of ISO 100 to 3200.

Where are the news, you say? They mainly live in new ways of shooting intelligent, a slow-motion mode 120 fps, and controls exposure and focus separated. All in one aspect coated leather upholstery which is not reminiscent of the Galaxy Note 3, a body x 71.2 132.5 x 19.3 mm 283 grams case. Hopefully its 2000 mAh battery (1650 mAh in the first Galaxy Camera) will convince its buyers. In turn will require patience. Samsung is currently no mention of price or release date
