Between its Galaxy Golden, the latest iteration date of 2013, and its Galaxy Folder, the last was formalized during summer 2015, Samsung set regularly on clamshell smartphone aimed primarily an Asian audience. And it will soon recur, with a new Golden Galaxy (W2016) spotted in the columns of GFX Bench. If some think that this model may actually be none other than S6 Galaxy Mini, we must remember that the first Golden Galaxy was originally leaked as the SM-W2014, while the Galaxy took the Golden 2 name of SM-W2015. The new terminal, unlike its predecessor, rather positioned at entry, also seems to follow the path taken by the recent Folder, and move towards the features could not be more modern.

D According to the characteristics mentioned by the specialist Benchmark This SM-W2016 turn on Android 5.1.1, and present a rather large display, given its valve format, with a diagonal of 4.6 inches. The latter would be touch and would display a definition of 1280 × 720 pixels. Under the hood, Samsung Qualcomm would abandon in favor of one of its SoC, the Exynos Octa 7 (based on four Cortex-A53 and Cortex-A57 four) combined with 2.6 GB RAM, 3 GB is certainly in its commercial version.

The rest Bench GFX reported 56 GB of internal memory (64 GB), a 15 megapixel camera (probably 16 MP) on the back, and a 4.7 megapixel front sensor. Some details still missing the call, such as the battery capacity of the Golden Galaxy, but also its future updates. According to the import agency in India, one would find this smartphone at a price between 400 and 520 dollars. However, no European release has yet been evoked, although the return of the valve size in the smartphone universe was initiated by LG, with the release of its Smart Wine few weeks ago.
