Analysts have not been right. While many of them saw Samsung bounce from 2 th quarter 2015 spurred sales of Galaxy S6 resolutely positioned upscale Korean figures just published in the perfect continuity with previous quarters. He announced in effect an approximate turnover of 48,000 billion won, or (ladle) 38.5 billion euros. This is not only as good as the first quarter of the year, but especially a decline of more than 4 000 billion won compared to the same period in 2014. Knowing that the mobile industry is the main breadwinner manufacturer, one can only draw the necessary conclusions: the Galaxy S6 effect is not up to the expectations, and this can not be attributed solely – and light – supply difficulties which strike Galaxy S6 edge.

In the wake of this disappointing performance, Samsung announced an operating profit of about 6,900 billion won, slightly more than 5.5 billion euros. On this front, the comparisons are a little more exciting. This is significantly more than the first quarter (nearly 6000 billion won) and almost as many as a year ago (7,100 billion won) despite the significant difference in sales. This shows that Korean has managed to leave its margins on the rise, which is reassuring in its ability to avoid plunging into the red in the event of any decline in sales.
