A leak of a future stamped Samsung smartphone has appeared on Weibo, a Chinese site. If the authenticity of these pictures is correct, then we can deduce that the South korean company has decided to say goodbye to plastic: it has added a metal strip on the edge of smartphone is evoked here. The latter shrinks as approximate the edges of the device, in order to cure the handling of the product.

It is clearly very close to the design … the latest generation of the iPhone, and if Subtracting the front central rectangular button so dear to Samsung, we see that the Galaxy Alpha cultivates some of its inspiration directly from Apple. This revision radical after all is not a total surprise. Samsung has replaced the head of its mobile division in May, among other things because of the mixed performance of the Galaxy S5. The hardware change remained a priority for the manufacturer of this reputation stands who wants it only uses cheap materials for its smartphones (and tablets as well)

The problem -. Whether these photos are legitimate – is that we are facing a kind of Frankenstein, a hybrid between an iPhone 5 and a Galaxy S5. According to other rumors, the toy will be provided with an Octa-core processor Exynos 5, a 4.7-inch screen with 320 pixels per inch, 32GB of storage and a 12 megapixel camera. It is also likely that the Galaxy is available in Alpha phablet, with a screen of 6.7 inches.

Let’s hope that despite this shift, Samsung continues to offer its terminals removable batteries . Fortunately, we will not have to wait long to have confirmation: Web yells at anyone who will listen that the Galaxy Alpha will be launched on August 13
