Samsung Galaxy Note 5: a (true) problem with the S-Pen? – Digital Zone

Samsung displays a new recommendation on its Galaxy Note 5, to avoid the user to insert the S Pen upside down, and damage their smartphone.

There are a few weeks now, we mentioned “concern” for the design of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which enjoys no protection system prevent insertion of S-Pen backwards. Indeed, it is possible to drive almost to the end the S-Pen so inverted in its location, but it will be impossible to remove it without damaging the system. A “concern” that Samsung had decided to sweep a backhand by sending a simple message to users: “ we strongly recommend users of the Galaxy Note 5 to follow the instructions in the user manual in order not to suffer this mishap “.

However, it seems that Samsung has decided to take the case of “S-Pengate” a little more seriously since the last units of Galaxy Note 5 are not only delivered with the famous instruction manual, but also the Korean affixed a decal on the front of the smartphone, with an additional warning on the insert mode of the S-Pen into place. In addition to a written message, Samsung has also taken care to provide a small drawing, presumably to avoid maximum accidents, but also complaints from users.

Note in passing that Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is still not available in Europe at present, but could be available in stores in early 2016.
