The Exynos 8890 Galaxy S7 explodes with over 100,000 … – Phonandroid

The Samsung Galaxy S7 version Exynos 8890, just passed the benchmark tool AnTuTu it reaches an amazing score of 103,692 points.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected in two different versions, depending on the market. One equipped with a Snapdragon 820 processor and the other a chip Exynos Octa 8 (8890) recently presented by Samsung. Today, now this second model has just made its appearance on the AnTuTu benchmark tool. And with a score of over 100,000 points, it is clear that he was not likely to go unnoticed.

So far, only the iPhone and Nexus 6S 9 managed to exceed 100 Antutu 000 points (6.0), this new entry remains fairly noticed. Especially since it is not yet a final version of the phone but only a prototype, it is only expected to start in 2016.

Officially established in early November last chip Exynos Octa 8 Samsung enjoys the same burning process in the 14-nanometer processor Exynos 7420 Galaxy S6. Nevertheless, it is supposed to offer 30% more power that the chip used this year and improved 10% energy efficiency, all accompanied by a 4G LTE modem 12/13 category.

It should be noted, moreover, that this is not the first time that Samsung’s latest processor stands out on a benchmark tool. Last September, the Exynos 8890 reached an outstanding score of 2294 points on the single core test Geekbench. This is obviously a monster power that one will find in the next high-end Korean society.

Note that the mystery still remains regarding the release date of the beast, because while the first were rumors of a presentation in January, it would now issue an announcement in late February in the MWC 2016.
