Qualcomm is keen to keep Samsung in its customer database. The latest rumor dated on Galaxy S6 told that the Korean group intended to spend Snapdragon 810, the processor being accused of heat a little too hard.
To replace the last processor from Qualcomm, Samsung harbored the ambition to build on its own Exynos chip. This team is already a lot of the high-end smartphones from Samsung, including the Galaxy S5, but only in a few countries of the world.
However, the foundry would not said its last word. Qualcomm develop in fact an improved version of its SoC for the sole use of Samsung. This new Snapdragon 810 processor could be delivered in March, which still raises the question of whether Qualcomm will not be late: Samsung should indeed present its flagship early March, during the MWC
