The Samsung Galaxy A3 and A5 smartphones arrive at some retailers for 299 and 399 euros respectively. Meanwhile, rumors are rife about the arrival of a new version: the Galaxy A7
In late October, Samsung officially unveiled a new range of smartphone 4G (150 Mb / s maximum) Android: Series A. Two models were presented: Galaxy A3 and A5. The first has a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display (960 x 540 pixels), against 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) for the second. They both have the right to a unibody metal shell, relatively small dimensions (139.3 x 69.7 x 6.7 mm for the A5) and Android 4.4 aka KitKat in charge.
When the announcement, the manufacturer gave no indication of the price and availability of smartphone for Europe, and France in particular . Materiel.net has added to its catalog for 299 euros and 399 euros respectively. It is at this time that a backorder and no availability date has been specified. Note that Amazon also offers the Galaxy A5 to 439.22 euros, but again pre-order only.
At the same time, Samsung is preparing to launch a new model: Galaxy A7, at least that’s what our colleagues suggest generally well informed about SamMobile. Unsurprisingly it will be a little larger than the A5 with a screen of 5.13 inches and a Full HD this time. The SoC would have this time of eight cores. If we believe our colleagues, this smartphone would be thicker than 6.3 mm or 0.6 mm less than its little brother the Galaxy A5. More details should be released within two weeks.
