For now less than a month’s Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, rumors accelerate the chunks that will be presented at the show. One of the highlights of the MWC will obviously be the presentation of the next Samsung flagship, the Galaxy S6 which will be unveiled at the opening of the exhibition on 2 March.
A house has processor under the hood
We know that Samsung will not use Snapdragon processor 810 in the Galaxy S6, fearing the propensity of the latter to overheat. Instead, the Korean manufacturer should make the choice of a home processor, the Exynos 7420.
The first fell on AnTuTu and Geekbench and it seems that this Exynos 7420 has power to spare. Geekbench reported a 64bit processor 8 cores. This would consist of four Cortex-A53 cores running at 1.5 GHz and 4 Cortex-A57 cores running at 1.8 GHz. The Exynos 7420 shows a score of 1520 in single core computing and multi-core in 5478.
From 5.1 to 5 inches
screen side, we did not know too much about what foot dance until now, but it seems that things become clearer. According to rumors the Indian site Zauba the S6 would slashed by 0.1 pixel from the S5 and its diagonal so from 5.1 to 5 inches.
The difference should not be too blatant, especially as qHD resolution (2560 × 1440 pixels) announced should allow a pixel density rather important and therefore a fine display that will forget this small drop size aficionados of large screens.
The frame appears on the canvas
The leaks do not stop there for the Samsung Galaxy S6 this week because the chassis is also found exposed on the net! This is the site that Weibo has unveiled a series of shots that seem to have been taken in a toilet …
We discover resembling a metal frame enormously to the iPhone 6, especially the part containing the jack and the gate of the speaker. The main information out of this series of pictures is undoubtedly the presence of a removable battery for the Samsung Galaxy S6.
The Galaxy S6 gives you an appointment at MWC!
The information that fall dropper confirm the rumors that we hear here and there. Of course, we remain in the realm of supposition and all this can not be confirmed at the official presentation of the Galaxy S6 during the MWC in Barcelona.
