Like its big brother, the Galaxy ON5 should be entitled to a version in 2016 shortly. Several prototypes have recently been sent to India for tests.
After a 2015 full of surprises, it is time for consolidation at Samsung. All new ranges launched last year are renewed one by one and soon it will be the turn of Galaxy On judging by leakage. A new version of the Galaxy ON7 has already been spotted in India then GFXbench. What about the small model? It has clearly not been forgotten. It should also make a comeback soon with a 2016 release.
Prototypes sent to India
As for the large model is watching the register of imports from the Indian organization Zauba that the existence of Galaxy ON5 (2016) has been discovered. The reference does not appear there but have dated entries last week for several batches and prototypes associated with the model number SM-G5700 while the 2015 model was number SM-G550X, as pointed our colleagues SamMobile .
so there is a good chance that the two are linked mobile. They are also more or less the same size, indicating that it Zauba SM-G5700 also has a 5-inch screen. For the rest of the features, it will unfortunately wait a little longer but we can at least expect a more sophisticated equipment than the model of 2015. Let’s make so for a little reminder.
HD screen, quad-core chipset and 8MP camera
The first Galaxy ON5 is an input range smartphone with 5-inch HD screen. At the heart is an Exynos 3475 quad-core CPU with 1.3 GHz coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. The rest includes 8GB of internal storage, expandable course, 8 and 5 megapixel camera and a 2600 mAh battery. Everything is animated by Android 5.1 Lollipop dressed TouchWiz.
The equipment is rather modest, but the advantage is that the scope for growth is high even for a smartphone sold less than 150 € in China.
