Earlier this month, the site SamMobile reported that Samsung was working on a variant of his next high-end equipped with a curved screen and could take the name of Galaxy S6 Edge . A scenario altogether predictable since last September, the next to the last Phablet Korean was unveiled a curved variant of Note 4 named Galaxy Note Edge.

Today, now the US site to received new information from his sources. We learn that a separate variant of the next phone from the Korean is being prepared, however, for now, the prototype does not have a curved screen. The name of Galaxy S6 Edge would so therefore out of date.

Of course, the information to remember here is that a variant is indeed in the Samsung pipeline. And who says this variant says this device will possess a feature that will allow it to stand out from the base model . It remains to determine which and at this level, everything is still possible, and several scenarios are possible.

The Korean could, for example, propose a variant of its next flagship with no physical keys and with the buttons on the screen or a “Edge” screen could be integrated at a later stage of development. A hypothesis that remains unlikely, even if it is not entirely rule, but in any case it is clear that something huge is preparing the side of what Project Zero.

Note that the Exynos version of the Galaxy S6 has already unveiled its Specifications twice in the space of five days on the AnTuTu benchmark tool. Regarding the curved screens, we know that Samsung also intends to propose a fully foldable smartphone by the end of 2015 and its local competitor LG is currently developing a similar project.
