CES 2015 is fast approaching and, as usual, is accompanied by numerous rumors. The latest claims that Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S6 next month and a variant Edge is also planned.
And this rumor comes straight from South Korea, and more specifically of the site Naver. The latter claims to have managed to get their hands on a study commissioned by Samsung. It would indicate that Galaxy S6, the next flagship Samsung, expected to be announced and unveiled next month at the CES 2015 , which will be held from 6 to 9 January. Naver said that Samsung should not only unveil the Galaxy S6, it should also show an Edge variant of his phone, similar to the Galaxy Note Edge (in illustration of this news), namely Galaxy Edge S6 with a screen with one (or more) edge (s) curved (s) . Last point of this study, Samsung count sell 45 million Galaxy S6 next year . Of these 45 million, 10 million would be Galaxy S6 Edge.
This rumor is amazing more than one. First, because we know that for many years, the planning of Samsung’s set in stone. The Korean manufacturer usually announces its new Galaxy S at the MWC which is held in March in Barcelona, then set for release early in the second quarter. Forward the announcement of its new smartphone, however, would allow Samsung to pull the rug from under the feet of its competitors. The SamMobile site, always very knowledgeable when it comes to products of the Korean shows surprised at this rumor, he considers unlikely. SamMobile think an announcement in February or March is much more plausible . The fansite also indicates that Samsung is working well on a prototype Galaxy S6 Edge, but that the state marketing of the device is not yet considered. With so much conflicting information, so it is best to take this rumor with a lot of Korean tweezers.
Samsung being a little Ubisoft smartphones, but we know already more or less the content of the data sheet Galaxy S6. It should have a screen of 5.5 inch qHD an octo-core 64-bit processor (called an Exynos 7420 or Snapdragon 810), 3GB of RAM and a back camera 16 or 20 MP.
