If you have ever had a Galaxy Note hands and especially the Galaxy Note 3, you are on familiar ground. One notices immediately that the Note 4 is a logical evolution of Note 3 in terms of design, I find it unusual at all, especially after discovering the Galaxy Note Edge. The arrival of the Galaxy Alpha also allowed designers Samsung finally offer straight and beveled slices but it’s still plastic. By cons, it’s still plastic, but for the defense of the Korean manufacturer is quality plastic. The back always gives this leather touch while it remains as plastic but it is more successful in this Note 4 as its predecessor. Side weight 176g, it’s not the lightest but with a screen of 5.7 “, it’s pretty good, especially as congestion is minimal.

As for the picture, we have to wait for tests but the characteristics, we found that apparently we already had on the Samsung Galaxy S5 plus now the optical stabilization. It will of course note the “Selfie” mode that grows and allows Samsung to offer us a sensor of 3.7 megapixels with a bright lens. Stylus side, this is a new version and I have not had time to play with too. Still, as my quick tests, the stylus has been extremely responsive with virtually no latency, it was pretty impressive.

You can well imagine that the performance will necessarily await you and this, whether the Qualcomm version or the version of Exynos. For the screen, we begin to be familiar with the Super AMOLED screens and the rest of Note 4 in the tradition of past productions as Samsung Galaxy S5 or more recently the Galaxy Tab S. In addition to this, we find ourselves now Quad HD with a resolution as the LG G3. It’s super thin and with the contrast of Super AMOLED screens, photos and demo videos you obvious. Now I had with me the LG G3 and I have not seen much difference it in color. Similarly, to the naked eye, it is very difficult to tell the difference between the Full HD or HD Quad.

In the end, the Galaxy Note 4 is just changing Galaxy Note 3 Fortunately, the S Pen is to allow the new smartphone Samsung to make a difference compared to its direct competitors like the new smartphone from Huawei but also in relation to more traditional smartphones like the LG G3 or the Sony Xperia Z3. Indeed, the output of the Note, the difference in the size of the screen was a real difference and smartphones phablettes is differentiated. Now, 5.2 “to 5.7″, it’s still quite small and I do not even know if we can still talk about phablettes.

But Samsung still has some cards to play and its recent partnership with Oculus Rift and the fact of using the Galaxy Note 4 with VR Gear should interest most of you gamers like Sony does now with the PS4 Remote Play on Xperia Z3.
