Sony Xperia Z3 Compact vs Galaxy Alpha: Comparison of design and … – Phonandroid

After having pleasantly surprised at the last CES with the Xperia Z1 Compact, Sony has recently returned to the charge with a second high-end size “reduced” Sony Xperia Z3 Compact . However, it was not the only company to offer this type of model because a few weeks earlier, Samsung formalized Alpha Galaxy which is, incidentally, the first Android smartphone from the Korean design to propose a semi- metal.

While both of them are slowly entering the market, the Chinese site ePrice just published a wonderful series of comparative photos of the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and Samsung Galaxy Alpha . The opportunity to better understand the design of each respective device but also the display quality offered with the IPS screen on one side and Super AMOLED on the other.

While on the side of Alpha Galaxy, we already knew that Samsung had further improved the Super AMOLED technology to get more accurate colors and better brightness, this is also the case on the side of the Sony Xperia Z3 Compact that embeds the Triluminos technology and X-Reality. Moreover, when obverse good pictures, it’s hard to discern any difference in quality between the two even by changing the angle of view.

Despite proposing a radically different design These two devices still share many common first because they both offer a high-end specs in a format “Compact”, then because their screens 4.6 inches from side of Sony and 4 7 inches from side of each propose a Samsung HD 720p.

Despite these similarities, the design is different even if the premium design of the “Compact” Samsung begins slightly closer to that Sony can offer. Which one do you prefer
