After the leaks, this is the first confirmation of the existence of the Galaxy A3 with the Chinese certification body Tenaa. The smallest of the new Samsung Galaxy Ax range the opportunity to be a little more technical.
about a month ago, leaks succeed on the upcoming launch of a new range from Samsung Galaxy Ax. Taking the principle of Alpha Galaxy, which is marketed in France since about a week now, this line should be moving in three models: A3, A5 and A7. If the second has already undergone a photographic session in the Chinese certification body Tenaa, the other two were not even last week. This is now done for the first, under the serial number SM-A3000. We now know its design but also its data sheet.
The screen rather in the entry-level
For the Tenaa is pretty accurate when it comes certify a product and enter the data sheet in its database. We learn that the Galaxy A3 has a touch screen OLED qHD (960 x 540) 4.5-inch. The smartphone is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz chipset. According to the latest rumors, it would be a Snapdragon 400 or 410, compatible for all LTE cases. The chipset is accompanied by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD). The apparently non-removable battery power, is not specified.
For the photo, the mobile has a main 8-megapixel sensor and a 5 megapixel webcam. Finally, the dual-SIM smartphone would. Everything would be run by Android 4.4.4 KitKat (certainly dressed TouchWiz) and integrated into a frame 6.9 mm thick and weighs 112 grams.
matalisée finish, but without metal
As a reminder, the Galaxy range Ax should offer smartphones that support, to attract consumers to their “premium” design and to some extent on a robust technology platform . Hallmark of this range: an outline of a material that would mimic some properties of metal, including its chrome finish. A trick that would reduce production costs and prices in stores. The Galaxy A3 could be proposed below 300 euros. No official launch date, but the certainty that mobile should not soon be formalized.
