Test: Samsung Galaxy Note 7 – Le Journal du Geek

It was in the middle of summer, to calmly prepare the IFA 2016 , Samsung announced its new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note7 (note that there is no space between and Note 7). The range Galaxy Note has always had the fervor of the audience and I still remember the announcement of the first Galaxy Note with its screen size XXL (5.3 inches, do you realize) at IFA 2011, which has become a standard nowadays.

After a Galaxy Note 5 who had shunned Europe, we are happy with the return of the child prodigy among us, especially us , the pen users. I remind you that there was no Note6 Galaxy and the transition to figure 7 allows Samsung to now have consistency between its high-end smartphones the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note range.

as you may have noticed, the Galaxy Note7 is very close to the Galaxy S7 edge in terms of technical features and finishing. The differences are in design, slightly revised, the significantly larger screen and the presence of course the S Pen and Iris sensor. As for the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung has opted not to support the Storage Adoptable Google technology. It may, however applications installed on the memory card by having them previously installed on the main memory.

packaging side, you can imagine that the Korean brand will not revolutionize the genre; Now, the product comes in a box that unfolds. Well, that frankly brings nothing but it’s always nice. We thus find the rectangular cardboard box and not surprisingly, with the eternal micro-USB cable (Type-C), USB charger, headphones / hands-free kits in-ear with a flat cable in a box, and operating instructions for a first grip. Nothing original so well if not the headphones that are doing quite well and I found quite comfortable. Note also the presence of a C-USB adapter to Micro-USB and USB to USB-C-A.
