The Galaxy A5 finally passes Marshmallow – DigitalVersus

the Galaxy A5, discreet Samsung star catalog, has finally given the necessary software attention from the Korean giant since the update to Android 6.0 has finally started – a year after the formalization by Google at its I / O 2015.
Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016)

Released early in the year 206 , the new Galaxy A5 we were very pleasantly surprised during his time in the lab with his qualities and his monster mess autonomy. One detail really sinned: Mobile came out in February 2016 under Android 5.1 (Lollipop), while the 6.0 version of the system was formalized nine months ago at the Google I / O. No doubt that Samsung wanted to book the featured Android 6.0 in its Galaxy S7

But the Korean company has finally corrected this. The upgrade to Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) is being deployed to the Galaxy A5 (2016). The news could have been amusing if it had not arrived … 4 days after the formalization of 7.0 by Google.

Anyway, that’s something of taken, and with optimization of Marshmallow, including Doze mode, the autonomy of the A5 should not wear still better. Note the update embarks more Android security patches in August 2016 – a bonus always good to take.

The upgrade package seems to happen to many of the mobile users. To check if your device is up to date, go to the Settings app & gt; About device & gt; Manual download updates. After downloading the file (960 MB), your phone will reboot, apply the updates and you will find yourself on a fairly regular interface because Samsung has not changed visually much during this software upgrade.
