With its large 18-inch screen, the Samsung Galaxy View is an original product halfway between the Android tablet and the TV.
Samsung should present a day to another one new product to complement the Galaxy range. This is what today reveals a reseller that referenced prematurely Galaxy View.
Samsung Galaxy View is an Android tablet with a large 18.4-inch screen. As the promotional pictures, this tablet does not meet the same use than a conventional tablet. Although it is perfectly capable, its primary purpose is not the consultation of a website, a social network or writing an email.
It is rather a portable TV for era of online video. you can watch a recipe in the kitchen, a sporting event in the garden or a cartoon in the nursery
That’s why this screen s’ sticks to a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a resolution of 120 pixels per inch, modest in 2015.
The tablet also features a Samsung Exynos 7580 eight-core chip 1, 6 GHz, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory, expandable through microSD. There is a front sensor of 2.1 million pixels, for full HD videoconferencing, but no dorsal sensor. In terms of connectivity, the device has Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and even 4G LTE optional category 6 (up to 300 Mb / s). The set is powered by a 5700 mAh battery which gives it a battery life of 8 h 30 min of video playback.
The Samsung Galaxy View is available for pre-order in the US for the price of $ 600 HT, the equivalent of 650 euros. No price nor release date are not yet known to the world, but they should be formalized from one day to another.
