The successors of the A3 and A7 Galaxy reveal their cards … – Phonandroid

The successors of the Samsung Galaxy A3 and A7 just made their appearance on Geekbench, where they reveal their data sheets. In the program, no revolution but some pretty welcome improvements.

Last year, Samsung has surprised everyone with the series A. A new range consists initially of three models and then a fourth, providing a metallic design, something that was still fairly rare in Korean since then, only the Galaxy Note 4 Alpha and offered a metal frame with plastic back, while with the series A, we are all metal.

Slightly larger than its predecessor, the SM-A310, A3 successor of Galaxy will offer a 4.7-inch screen that will marry, this time, a definition HD 720p display. The Snapdragon 410 will be replaced by a quad core Exynos 7580 processor clocked at 1.5 Ghz and always with 1.5 GB RAM, all with two photo sensors 13 and 5 megapixels and powered by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. A pretty upmarket.

Meanwhile, the SM-A710, successor to the Galaxy A7 changes only very little. Always include a full HD 1080p 5.5-inch screen, two image sensors 13 and 5 megapixels and octo core Snapdragon processor 615. However, it will be accompanied by not more than 2 GB but 3 GB RAM and that’s rather nice.

We do not yet know the release date of the two new models, but knowing that the Galaxy A3 announced in October 2015 and the Galaxy A7 mid-January, it is quite possible that the successor of the first to be announced soon. Note that Korean is also preparing a Galaxy A9 even more upscale with Snapdragon processor 620
