CyanogenMod 13 officially supports 4 LG terminals, and even … – Frandroid

The list of devices officially supported by CyanogenMod 13 and continues to expand recently welcomed five new devices. Users of LG G3 S, Beat G3, G2 Optimus Mini and L70, and the owners of the Samsung Galaxy S3 can now retrieve the ROM version nightly on the blue alien site.

The Cyanogen team is working hard to offer its custom ROM on a wide range of terminals and update it regularly. In recent days, there are four new Korean devices that can take advantage of CyanogenMod 13, the new version of firmware based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Among the newcomers are four smartphones LG, although some interest to very few French. Thus, the Tracker CyanogenMod reference now nightlies for the LG G3 S as the jag3GDS for its variant G3 Beat, referenced under the jagnm name, on G2 Mini as the G2M, and finally for the Optimus L70, W5 alias.

LG is however not the only manufacturer in the spotlight, since Samsung also sees one of his devices integrate this list. Thus, the Galaxy S3, very popular at its output and months that followed, is also entitled to the official version of CyanogenMod 13. It is referenced in the official codename, namely i9300. Good news for users of this smartphone that could recently enjoy an unofficial ROM version.

Remember however that this is still only versions nightlies currently. For those who are not very aware of how these updates, the nightlies are still unstable, to be considered as “beta” and are daily updated to fix various problems. They are therefore to flash by an informed public, and not afraid to start handling regularly
