Samsung Galaxy S7: Snapdragon 820 version seems … – Frandroid

The Samsung Galaxy S7 in its version with a Snapdragon 820 processor would have made an appearance on GeekBench, and achieved first flattering results.

As the year 2015 ends slowly, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is beginning to be seen regularly in the news. One that should be unveiled at the 2016 edition of the Mobile World Congress should be proposed according to the markets, with an Exynos 8890 processor or with a Snapdragon 820. This however should equip some S7 Asia, Samsung favoring its SoC house become benchmarks for performance.

And according to some early rumors, the Snapdragon 820 could also be very skilled in this area. A publication realized on Weibo, and adopted by the majority of tech media, the Samsung Galaxy S7 in version Snapdragon 820 would score in 2456 on single-core GeekBench, and a score of 5423 in multi-core. By comparison, Google and X1 Pixel C Tegra, appeared today on GeekBench, would get a score of 1411 in single-core. Impressive results, certainly, but far too premature to be taken seriously. In September, however, the processor of the Galaxy S7 had already made an appearance on AnTuTu, also getting very high single-core results.

As for the Samsung Galaxy S7, expectations are many and we look forward to whether the Korean company managed to continue the momentum begun with the Samsung Galaxy S6. The manufacturer could take advantage of this new model to reinstate a microSD slot and use a photo sensor BRITECELL type
