Now that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge came out, fans of Samsung and especially the Note range look ahead. The next giant smartphone Korean brand should be presented in September at IFA 2015 Berlin. Some rumors are already circulating and trends we’ll see it all together, but also share our expectations and hopes on the Galaxy Note 5.

The diagonal
Let’s start with the size of the screen. The latter has been increasing over the Note range, but the versions 3 and 4 had in common the same diagonal of 5.7 inches . Samsung could keep this choice for the Galaxy Note 5, while reducing borders to be more compact and improve grip. The other option is a slight expansion for large up to 6 inches, while keeping the same size as its predecessor. This would then require a screen borderless or so.
The definition, 2K or 4K
Currently, the Note 4 has a 2K screen. Samsung is considering the implementation of a 4K screen , which would be a great first smartphone, the opportunity to stand out once again. But it is a sensitive subject, the definition affecting the autonomy and everyone not seeing something positive. But Samsung also thinking of virtual reality and Gear VR helmet that requires high resolution to offer stereoscopic 3D. A 4K Ultra HD screen or give an impressive resolution greater than 700 dpi.
A Edge Note 5 with curved screen?
The latest rumors suggest a Galaxy Note 2 which Edge would come out alongside Note 5. This is the most likely solution to the extent that Samsung could bring himself to release a single version of its Note 5 écang with a double curve. If the Edge S6 has received a warm welcome, it does not please everyone and users want choice. We can expect two versions, a classic and Edge.
A muscled datasheet with Exynos SoC
After parting SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon, Samsung became independent on the high end with its latest Exynos processor that is more powerful and energy efficient than the competition, thanks to the 14 nm engraving particular. Camera
Samsung has nothing more to prove quality image sensors embedded in its products. The S6 is now a reference in the field and Note 5 should follow the same voice. Whether with a Sony sensor or ISOCELL , one can expect a minimum of 16 megapixels with an f / 1.9. The Galaxy Note 5 should even the bar a little higher than the S6, which would make sense.
There is no need to worry too much about the Note 5 of the sensor which will no probably very good. A better sensitivity in low light, video and 4K optical stabilization are likely to be in the game. The Note 4 did better than the S5 on this, the Note 5 probably will do better than S6 (unstoppable logic).
Micro SD removable battery?
The Korean brand will have to make a difficult choice on materials that will determine two important things that have gone on S6 : the removable battery and microSD port. Note The range has always been as a consumer tool, but also professional, a Swiss Army knife that brings features in addition to those of the Galaxy range.
Remove the removable battery and extension memory is, again, a step backwards. Date output and prices
On this point, it will not take too much risk by announcing a release date between late September and early October, and a price that should logically be positioned on the high-end, c that is to say at least 700 euros which is the minimum recommended rate for the Galaxy S6.
