If you believe the site Digitimes sources, Qualcomm could reintegrate Samsung ranks. The future Galaxy Note 5 could well be again available in two versions. The source does not specify SoC will be used, but there seem to be two possible choices. Either the Snapdragon 820 in 14 / 16nm FinFET it is ready in time, ie 20nm Snapdragon 815.
