The connected watches … who finally look like watches!
Driven by manufacturers to become the accessory essential to any smartphone, the connected watch was also well represented at the Barcelona show. In this regard, the Chinese Huawei was the surprise … and seduces with his Watch who gets certain codes of classical watchmaking, like a stainless steel case cold forged.
For the fourth model, LG has meanwhile decided to integrate a 4G connection. One way to allow his watch to function without using a smartphone. On the down side, the LG Watch Urbane is impressive, with more than a centimeter thick.
Finally, the Alcatel One Touch Watch is in turn the ‘entry. With a price of 129 euros (the others revolve more around 300 euros) and an iOS and Android compatibility, it has all the cards to become the “Swatch” of the connected watches.
