Samsung is rolling out the Android 5.1.1 update for its Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge in France. One of our best Galaxy S6 (excluding operator) has already received this update. The opportunity to discover some new features of this version of Lollipop as a reminder, the Galaxy European S6 turned until Android 5.0.2. One could expect a correction of memory leak problem , but according to our colleagues Site Planet Galaxy, the bug is still present. The new features are so rare in the interface and must turn to the Galaxy S6 camera features to find interesting details.

At the default Camera app, Samsung merely adding a slider to adjust the brightness before shooting . A more practical function, but it still lacks RAW support or a wider range of ISO values. In fact, as expected, Samsung has brought these innovations, but in the form of an update of the firmware of the camera, which now supports full API Camera2 . Until Samsung update its database application, it will then go through third-party applications to take advantage of Support RAW, ISO worth 50 or to control the exposure speed .

As usual, the update is deployed gradually, and it will have to wait hours or even days if your precious not offers to go under Android 5.1.1 . It is also possible to go through the Samsung Smart Switch software to try to speed up the procedure.
