The update to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop just made his first public US for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Galaxy edge.
Definitely, Samsung is very responsive this year. With good advertising harvested on the quality of its Galaxy and Galaxy S6 S6 edge, the manufacturer’s interest to ensure both software side. This is precisely the case, since both smartphones (SM-G925T models SM-G920T) start receiving Android 5.1.1 Lollipop in the United States, via the T-Mobile operator. A first operator deployment that calls others, and international availability within days or weeks.
We obviously wanted to verify whether the update was available on our mobile versions of both, but they are for now stuck on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop and we must be patient. However, we could learn a little something is made this latest software through an “early build” that had procured SamMobile. Android 5.1.1 brings mainly bug fixes and performance improvements, but also some new features such as adjusting the brightness before taking photographs or new camera mode.
This upgrade should also be available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in the month of July.
