The TENAA, the official certification of Chinese electronics, is a must for all manufacturers who wish to sell their devices on Chinese soil. It also became for a few months a familiar source of leaks of pictures of the aircraft not yet announced or rumored. Today it is the turn of the Galaxy Tab S2 version 8 inches to appear on the Chinese site. This is an opportunity to see the first images “real” (not 3D assemblies) of the beast and especially to confirm the first rumors about her hanging for several months.
TENAA confirmed and the S2 Galaxy Tab promises to be the thinnest tablet market with 5, 4 mm thick . Finesse confirmed by the few photographs taken by the certification body, which point to a photo sensor which exceeds the hull. The tablet should not be completely covered with metal, but simply has an aluminum border, as his senior. We also learn that it has an AMOLED screen 4: 3 ratio of a definition of 2048 × 1536 pixels (2K) . The data sheet, which is known for several weeks, was also confirmed. The Galaxy Tab S2 will ship a processor running at 1.9 GHz (called an Exynos Octa 7) supported by 3 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, two photos sensors 8 MP (rear) and 2 MP (front), microSD slot and all will be installed on Android Lollipop in version 5.0.2. The TENAA does not specify the battery capacity but the latest rumors spoke of a battery of 3580 mAh for version 8 inches and a 5870 mAh battery for 9.7-inch version.
Samsung is expected to unveil the price and date of sale of its two new Galaxy Tab S as of this month. So far Samsung has never officially talked about the Galaxy Tab S2.
