The Galaxy Note 5 could incorporate the USB Type-C – Frandroid

A few weeks before its formalization, the Galaxy Note 5 is the subject of many rumors. This would be a question of finding a C-type USB port.

 USB Type-C

While Sony has just announced he did not intend in the short term, integrate a USB Type-C port to its upcoming products, it could be different of the future flagship of Samsung. This quick connector capable of ensuring the connection to monitors, charge or data transfer, yet reversible, and should make his debut in the Korean with the formalization of the Galaxy Note 5.

A few weeks before the presentation of the PHABLET probably conducted during the IFA in September, rumors are multiplying on it. We talk including an automatic ejection system of his pen, but also with a screen 6 inches and approaching a battery exceeding 4000 mAh. And especially since the unit will be announced shortly before the availability of Android M, we doubt that it will be compatible with some of its key strengths. One thinks in particular the integration of a fingerprint reader – even more logical that the rating was 4 already has – but also to the support of the USB Type-C. In any case the rumor that is currently running in Korea.

Recall that Samsung has already made some attempts to beam connectors in its note range. He and a built-in USB 3.0 port to the Note 3, in 2013 – the standard was then used very little – then back to USB 2.0 in its Note 4. Samsung this year could therefore use the momentum to Google propose a standard known to democratize the coming years.
