Samsung has passed 40 million Galaxy S4. Since its launch in April, the high-end phone has sold so well, and even better than the Galaxy S3 according to the manufacturer. The previous model of the Galaxy S series had indeed passed on 41 million units in the space of a year. Although sales trends slowed slightly over time, with 10 million units had been purchased a month after the release of the Galaxy S4, it is a good result for Samsung. And all the more so that the model belongs to the category of high-end smartphones, a segment yet struggling in recent quarters as subject to heavy saturation of the so-called developed markets.

And the Galaxy S4 could continue to record strong sales. On Wednesday, the German Samsung site gave the impression to the upcoming release of a Samsung Galaxy S4 Snapdragon with 800 instead of 600 shipped by the original version. Nevertheless, the information has not been confirmed yet.
