The Galaxy A8 is the thinnest smartphone from Samsung – The Journal du Geek

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A8 which is so far the thinnest smartphone in the history of the manufacturer. With 5.9 mm, it will become possible to use it as a knife or a razor … almost.

For the rest, this is the A8 line with previous Galaxy Ax: all aluminum design is well made, while the features are worthy of a solid midrange. Under the 5.7-inch AMOLED display (1080p) 615 beats a Snapdragon processor with 2 GB RAM, 16 to 32 GB of storage, a microSD slot, a 16 megapixel camera and 5-megapixel back to front, a battery with a capacity of 3050 mAh.

The Galaxy S8 supports 4G LTE and it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop. One in all, a pretty good product that we wait to hold in our hands, provided it does not cut. For now, the device is only available in China but it should probably spend a head home soon.
