Samsung has introduced in South Korea, a Galaxy A8 (2016) with a screen diagonal of 5.7 inches.
Samsung continues to expand its product ranges. After the Galaxy A3 and A5 (2016) very good, the Korean manufacturer now presents a Galaxy A8 (2016) rather interesting. Unfortunately, he would certainly go out of some asian markets.
A SoC well-known
The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2016) integrates a Super AMOLED screen of 5.7 inches, with a resolution of Full HD. This seems very positive, it is the ratio size/screen that would be 74.5 %. There is also a processor Exynos 7420, the same as on the Galaxy S6, coupled with 3 Gb of ram and 32 or 64 Gb of internal memory. The use of this SoC offers performance very good, but seems to us to be little bit brave, the bullet having already almost 2 years.
The A8 has a photo sensor back-end 16-megapixel camera (f/1.9) and a front camera of 8 megapixel, while the battery has a capacity of 3300 mAh. With this configuration, you should be able to expect two days of battery life with this device. Note that the Home button is obviously the office of a fingerprint sensor.
too high A price
The smartphone will be available in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, its dimensions are 156,6 x 76,8 x 7.2 mm and its weight is rather high : 182 grams. On the design side, it doesn’t just matter to a larger version of the Galaxy A5 (2016), since some details are coming to differentiate, in particular, this antenna clearly visible on the hull and backbone.
Obviously, the phone could come out to the equivalent of 520 euros in Korea, the price we seemingly much exaggerated for such a smartphone.
