Samsung France said that this exchange program concerns only the customers holding a Galaxy Note 7 purchased in pre-order. A priori, no Galaxy Note 7 has not had the time to be sold in traditional channels.
As for this week, all the buyers of a Galaxy Note 7 is covered by the recall action (that is to say, all will arrive in their mailbox a package containing a “new” Galaxy Note 7 along with the headset Gear VR, which is promised in the preorder.
